Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of data professionals within a specific channel/s.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical findings.
  • Generate innovative campaign design to encourage sales process.
  • Manage and prepare sales compensation reports for key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to communicate performance trends and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business performance analytics, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, data visualization tools, and SQL.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
