Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Coordinator Liner to oversee branch operations and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing shipping and logistics services, maximizing cost efficiency, building strong client and stakeholder relationships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve key operational and revenue targets.

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Coordinator Liner to oversee branch operations and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing shipping and logistics services, maximizing cost efficiency, building strong client and stakeholder relationships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve key operational and revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications
- Branch Operations & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day shipping, logistics, and port/agency operations to ensure seamless delivery and high operational standards.
- Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new revenue streams, conduct market analysis, and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and client acquisition.
- Stakeholder & Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, port authorities, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
- Financial & Cost Management: Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and execute cost-reduction initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Compliance: Lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance while maintaining full compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position/level or within the shipping, liner, or logistics industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in container inventory, shipping incoterms, port operations, sales activity, rate/freight calculation, and complaint handling.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic analytical thinking, initiative, team management, and relationship-building skills.
