Brand Manager

What You will do:

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end 360° integrated campaigns across digital, KOL, PR, community, retail, and e-commerce channels.
• Drive brand growth through strong consumer insights, market analysis, and commercial thinking.
• Drive new product development and launch planning through consumer insights, product validation, and go-to-market execution.
• Lead brand investment and budget management, ensuring all marketing initiatives are strategically prioritized, financially efficient, and contribute to revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term brand equity.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, E-Commerce, Product Development, Creative, KOL, PR, and Finance teams to ensure brand strategies, product innovations, and marketing investments are effectively translated into measurable business results.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of key brand initiatives, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and achieve defined revenue, market share, and brand equity objectives.

Minimum Qualifications: Who We are looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Business, Communication or related major.
• 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or related functions.
• Proven track record in leading successful integrated marketing campaigns in Beauty Brand.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Commercially driven with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business results.
• Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Placement will be in our office in BSD - Tangerang.
