Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menangani kontak awal pelanggan melalui telepon dan langsung di dealer (booking service, mencatat permintaan/komplain, serta koordinasi internal).
  • Mengelola proses booking dan melakukan reminder service kepada pelanggan.
  • Melakukan customer check-in dengan pencatatan kedatangan dan validasi data sebelum diarahkan ke Service Advisor.
  • Memberikan pelayanan selama proses service, termasuk menjaga kenyamanan area tunggu, membantu kebutuhan pelanggan, dan menawarkan layanan tambahan (lifestyle).Melakukan follow-up kepada pelanggan setelah service selesai.

Persyaratan

  • Pendidikan: D3 Marketing/Communication atau setara
  • Pengetahuan & Keterampilan: Interpersonal yang baik, persuasif, dan administrasi yang baik
