  • Develop, review, and update IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and technical documentation.
  • Support IT Governance and IT General Control (ITGC) implementation, including User Access Management, Change Management, IT Operations, and Backup & Recovery.
  • Document business processes, identify risks and controls, and prepare control matrices.
  • Support IT audit and compliance activities by preparing supporting documentation and audit evidence.
  • Assist in IT risk assessments, IT maturity assessments, and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Prepare professional reports, meeting minutes, analytical documents, and project presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT policies and controls align with applicable standards and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT projects as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Assurance, Technical Writer, IT Governance, or Policy & Procedure professional.
  • Experience in IT Policy, IT Governance, IT General Control (ITGC), IT Audit, or IT Compliance projects.
  • Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and ITIL.
  • Understanding of IT risk management, control mapping, control matrices, and audit documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
