Then come join us, as a Business & Clinical Support Intern – Diagnostic Imaging.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and managing sales-related data across multiple modalities, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and timely updates to support business reporting.
• Support the existing team in daily coordination activities related to ongoing sales initiatives.
• Collect and organize clinical images for use in product presentations and marketing materials.
• Support the development of clinical pathway materials through proper clinical image documentation.
• Ensure all patient data is anonymized in full compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as Clinical Image Collection to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  
  

Your qualifications and experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical engineering, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Medical Imaging, Data Management, or a related field (students from other disciplines are also welcome to apply).
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-month part-time internship.
• Previous internship experience in data management, healthcare, or administrative support is a plus.
  
  

Your attributes and skills:

• You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficient in DICOM Viewer software for viewing, managing, and organizing clinical imaging data.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn data privacy and regulatory compliance standards related to patient data.
• Highly proactive, well-organized, and a strong problem solver when facing challenges.
• Team player, able to manage multiple tasks, perform well under pressure, and contribute positively to team operations.
