We’re hiring a Business Development & AI Solutions Consultant to build pipeline, run consultative sales conversations, and close revenue. This role is for someone who can prospect, understand customer pain points, translate business needs into AI use cases, and move opportunities from first touch to close.
You’ll work directly with founders, engage decision-makers, and help shape how businesses adopt AI-powered commerce solutions.
- Build pipeline across target accounts in mid-market and enterprise segments
- Run outbound across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and partner channels
- Qualify leads and convert interest into meetings and demos
- Lead discovery calls to understand business pain points, urgency, and buying process
- Run product demos and explain value in clear business terms
- Handle objections, align stakeholders, and drive next steps toward close
- Support proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiation
- Build strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors, and system integrators
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and forecasting discipline
- Feed customer and market insights back into product and GTM decision
- 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, enterprise sales, or consultative SaaS selling
- Strong track record in pipeline generation and closing
- Comfortable working across outbound, discovery, demos, follow-up, and deal progression
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Organized, metrics-driven, and disciplined in CRM and forecasting
- Strong interest in SaaS, AI, automation, and technology solutions
You actively use AI in your daily workflow to move faster and better — including prospect research, outreach personalization, messaging iteration, call prep, recap generation, notes, and follow-up.
- Experience selling SaaS, commerce tech, or customer engagement solutions
- Familiarity with conversational AI, WhatsApp Business API, CRM, or conversational funnels
- Experience in a high-growth B2B startup environment
- Network in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing industries
- Experience with channel partnerships or indirect sales
- Work inside a company building real AI-powered commerce products
- High ownership and direct founder exposure
- Opportunity to shape GTM, not just execute it
- Exposure to enterprise customers, partnerships, and cross-market growth
