Job Description

  1. Onboard new backup partners for the PPOB & Digital Goods business unit to ensure service stability, managing the process from initial meetings to end-to-end paperwork.
  2. Explore and launch new digital verticals (e.g., game vouchers, streaming services, etc.) to continuously expand the product portfolio.
  3. Conduct market research and benchmarking to compare and negotiate pricing with billers or aggregators to ensure market competitiveness.
  4. Develop and revise business schemes (PKS) to accommodate tax preferences and financial compliance as requested by the Finance Team.
  5. Manage monthly operational excellence, including reconciliation reports and invoicing processes for all digital partners.
  6. Act as the main PIC for all inquiries or complaints, ensuring effective follow-through with both internal and external stakeholders on timely SLA.
  7. Monitor business performance in terms of transaction volume and GTV, and lead necessary initiatives such as marketing support to drive numbers.
  8. Validate and reconcile monthly transaction data to ensure accuracy for regulatory reporting, and manage the preparation of quarterly performance reports.

Qualifications

  1. Analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of pricing models and business calculations. 
  2. Neat and highly organized, with a disciplined approach to bookkeeping and maintaining administrative records. 
  3. Strong commercial acumen with experience in reviewing legal contracts (PKS) and understanding tax implications (PPN & PPh) in digital transactions. 
  4. Proactive self-starter with a "problem-solving" mindset, able to navigate challenges and drive initiatives independently. 
  5.  Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to deal with partners / aggregators. 
  6.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation and performance monitoring. 
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance, Marketing) 
  8. Individuals with at least 2 (two) years of relevant work experience in Business Development or Account Management. 
  9. Prior experience in Fintech, PPOB, or E-commerce Digital Goods business is highly preferred.
