Job Description

  • Manage and support Bill partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on operational and financial matters.
  • Drive product onboarding across DP and Hub, including API integration and documentation.
  • Plan and execute growth initiatives, tracking P&L performance against targets and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign execution end-to-end, including peak-day performance tracking.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and user demand to optimize campaign and business strategy.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships through regular reviews, alignment, and collaboration.
  • Support agreement processes (renewals, special campaigns) and prepare data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate from a reputable university.
  • Have an internship or up to ~1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, account manager, or related fields.
  • Major in STEM is preferred.
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to execute tasks independently and effectively
  • Structured thinking with good analytical and data interpretation skills
  • High willingness to learn and eagerness to take on new challenges
  • High attention to detail, with strong multitasking abilities; reliable, responsible, and a collaborative team player
  • Excellent Indonesian and English communication skills (written and verbal)
