Job Title : Business Development Manager :

Department : Agency Sales

Key Success Indicators :

  • Build, maintain and develop strategic relationships with agency network, and key producers to accelerate market penetration and business growth
  • Confirm complete onboarding data and secure licensing credentials to ensure the newly contracted agent produce their first active case within the company’s standard
  • Maintain consistent team performance in pipeline tracking and monitoring the submission to issuance
  • Obtain accurate, accountable and validated data regarding New Recruit, AA Ratio , APE , Persistency 25, In force Customer and compliance practice

Brief Job Description :

  • Business Development
    • Design and execute strategies to grow the life insurance business in Batam / Kepulauan Riau
    • Analyze market potential, industry trends, and expansion opportunities.
    • Build relationships with strategic partners, communities, and local organizations.
  • Agency Management
    • Support in organizing and implementing recruitment activity
    • Support with Agency Business Academy in developing agent’s career
    • Enhance agency force productivity and quality through coaching, mentoring, and KPI monitoring.
    • Foster strong relationships with agents to improve loyalty and retention.
    • Conduct routine sales meeting with Leaders to discuss strategic plan and improvement
  • Leadership & Performance Management
    • Serve as an inspiring leadership role model for the agency team.
    • Set sales, recruitment, activation, and policy persistency targets, and ensure achievement.
    • Manage motivation programs, monitoring and review agency validation, promotion, contests, and rewards .
    • Conduct one on one discussion with agency Leaders including performance reviews
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and company policies.
    • Manage business reports, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to headquarters.
    • Optimize the use of company digital systems to support agency activities.
    • Assist agency forces on problem solving and provide solution
    • As a mediator between agency forces and company internal departments
Certification :

Technical Competency Requirement : Not Mandatory : CFP/RFP/AEPP/QWP
