Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage potential target customers.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage invoice follow-ups.
  • Market research, including competitor and industry trend analysis.
  • Manage and follow up leads from initial through deal closure.
  • Operate and maintain CRM tools for sales pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Target-oriented with strong focus on KPIs and revenue growth.
  • Passionate about technology and digital innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT is preferred.
  • Female candidate based in Bandung City.
  • Willing to travel for business trips within and outside the city.
  • Energetic personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of ERP, IoT, and AI software concepts and applications.
  • Strong networking and approaching skills for B2B enterprise markets.
  • Strong ability to develop business proposals (design and calculations).
  • Understanding of drafting partnership or business contracts.
