Monee are looking for a Business Development – Project (Digital Products) to drive growth initiatives across digital product verticals such as telco vouchers, bill payments, gaming, travel and fintech products.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth projects to improve user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of digital products
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, user behavior insights, and market benchmarking
- Design and execute initiatives such as pricing optimization, feature updates, and customer lifecycle project
- Own end-to-end project deliverables, from ideation and business case development to execution and post-launch evaluation
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Partner/Supplier, Product, Marketing, Ops, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Monitor key metrics such as GMV, orders, conversion rate, retention, cost, and contribution margin.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
- Continuously iterate and optimize initiatives based on performance data and user feedback
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in business development growth or project roles within e-commerce, e-wallet, payment processing companies and/or consulting firms.
- Understanding of digital products business such as telco, bills, game top-up, travel, and/or fintech products is a plus.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Highly data-driven, comfortable working with dashboards, reports, and basic data analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in SQL is a plus
