Responsibilities
- Minimum 1-2 years in Business Development, Marketing, or Project Coordination.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
- Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and high initiative.
- Quick learner, proactive, and detail-oriented in managing "deliverables."
- Must be willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandise business strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand value.
- Manage product development from market research and ideation to production and launch.
- Oversee sales channels, including retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and matchday operations, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to support business expansion.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and collaborative initiatives to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
- Monitor business performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
