The Ventures Department is responsible for driving innovation and enabling the company’s growth through the development, execution, and scaling of new products, solutions, and business initiatives. The team plays an end-to-end role—from identifying opportunities and shaping strategic directions to building, launching, and continuously optimizing products in the market.

Acting as a central engine for new initiatives, the department focuses on translating business needs into scalable solutions by leveraging data, technology, and user-centric design. It ensures seamless integration across systems and functions, while maintaining strong governance in areas such as security, performance, and operational reliability.

About the role

We are looking for a high-potential talent to support and grow our Fund Movement business, focusing on Top Up and Cash Out products. In this role, you will work closely with key channel partners, especially banks and PJPs, to manage partnerships, drive business growth, and support both external and internal projects related to fund movement products. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong professional background, high learning agility, and interest in the payments, banking, and fintech industry.

You'll be working on:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners, including banks, PJPs, and other strategic accounts.
• Support business growth initiatives to achieve Catalyst / NEO Fund Movement targets.
• Coordinate external and internal projects related to Top Up, Cash Out, and other fund movement products.
• Handle daily business operations, including lead follow-up, partner coordination, finalizing agreements, issue handling, and progress tracking.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Technology to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor partner performance, business progress, and operational issues to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and updates to support business reviews and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Has prior working experience or internship experience in in banking, fintech, payment gateway, PJP, digital wallet, or financial services industry.
• Prior experience in business development, partnership, account management, project coordination, or business operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Highly willing to learn about the payments, banking, and fintech ecosystem.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow through on business processes.
• Familiar with productivity or CRM tools such as Notion, or willing to learn quickly.
