DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales growth.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and project tender documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote company products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates while ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets independently.
