As a Business Executive (Operating Room Supplies) in B. Braun Indonesia, you will play a vital role in expanding the portfolio within Palembang region by executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams and distributors, implement marketing strategies, and ensure high standards of compliance and operational excellence. Your role will also involve managing customer feedback, promoting products effectively, and continuously developing your expertise to deliver value-driven healthcare solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
B. Braun in Indonesia began in the 1980s through a local distributor, bringing with it over 30 years of experience in the Indonesian market. Committed to staying at the forefront, B. Braun Indonesia established a new pharmaceutical factory in 2017. This expansion led to the formation of two legal entities: PT B. Braun Medical Indonesia and PT B. Braun Pharmaceutical Indonesia.
Today, we're proud to still be sharing the knowledge and expertise with the community to protect and improve the health of people in Indonesia and around the world.

As a Business Executive (Operating Room Supplies) in B. Braun Indonesia, you will play a vital role in expanding the portfolio within Palembang region by executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams and distributors, implement marketing strategies, and ensure high standards of compliance and operational excellence. Your role will also involve managing customer feedback, promoting products effectively, and continuously developing your expertise to deliver value-driven healthcare solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to implement company strategies, achieve sales targets, and optimize profitability in line with corporate policies.
- Execute marketing strategies, manage assigned products, and proactively identify new business opportunities within your territory.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals through training, education, and operational support, while addressing feedback and concerns effectively.
- Promote products in line with KPIs, utilize CRM tools for planning and reporting, and ensure accurate project data and sales forecasts.
- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, including proper handling of product complaints.
- Enhance your professional capabilities through development programs and maintain high motivation to drive performance in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Marketing/Business, Nursing, Health Practitioner.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/ business development in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of customer behavior and current trends within the medical device industry.
- Territory Management: Proven ability to manage and optimize sales operations within specific regions (specifically Palembang).
