Job Description

  • Conduct data analysis about driver planning, focusing on performance and resource allocation.
  • Design and manage driver pricing strategies, including payouts and bonuses, to align with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives to improve algorithms and products.
  • Manage profit and loss by optimizing costs with the objective of improving business SOPs (both for drivers & stakeholders).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven strategies with business objectives.
  • Create short and long-term projection based on historical data, market trends, and business assumptions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in ride-hailing or food delivery industries is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Business) from a top-tier university.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
