As the Business Region Manager (Surabaya), you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across multiple retail locations in the East Java region. Reporting to the Head of Sales Indonesia, this full-time role will see you manage distributors and lead a team of sales representatives, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets for the East Java region
  • Manage distributors in East Java region
  • Manage, coach and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional results
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Foster strong relationships with key retail partners and customers to drive increased sales
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reporting to the National Sales Manager
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches in the region

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Having experience in handling distributors in East Java region.
  • Good in English
  • Willing to travel around East Java
  • Able to drive car
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to exceed targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, budgeting and inventory management
