Business Unit Manager _ Medium Voltage (MV) Panel

We are looking for an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead our Medium Voltage (MV) Panel business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge in power distribution systems and leadership experience within the electrical industry.

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, utility, infrastructure, and EPC sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Service teams.
• Review and oversee technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare business forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement across business operations and project delivery.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries:
