Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Assist the Immigration team for preparation, submission, collection, and follow up approval with the relevant authorities on all assignment relating to Immigration services.
  • Assist immigration team in administration work, such as printing documents for submission, send the documents to other engagement team member for submission, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Submit applications related to work/stay permits and other permits to the relevant government offices.
  • Perform regular follow up to the government offices for all submitted applications and ensure that the completion date based on the agreed timeline.
  • Assist delivery of original expatriate document to client premises.
  • Assist completion of relevant government forms required for submission.
  • Provide update to Immigration team on any announcement made at the government offices

relating to process and procedure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any major.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Good communication.
  • Proactive and highly motivated.
  • Willingness to travel out of town.
