Channel Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Review documentation for new channel onboarding, process contract signatures and approvals, manage data entry, and maintain system records.
• Manage existing channels, including maintaining system information, monitoring abnormal channels, and conducting investigations and penalties for non-compliance.
• Calculate and distribute quarterly ratings for onboarded dealers, and perform assessments based on channel policies.
• Collect and analyze competitor channel management policies to optimize internal processes.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
• Achieve the company's KPIs for channel onboarding rates.
• Complete dealer onboarding within the specified timeframe upon receipt of required documents.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree majors in Economics or Finance are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the auto finance or financial leasing industry.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, project management experience, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Language Required: Advanced English. Mandarin is a plus.
