The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the F&B industry, with a proven track record of driving growth for several brands under the holding company, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the F&B industry with leadership roles previously as Operations Manager, GM, VP, or Director level. Experience handling several brands under a holding company would be a plus point.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive change and manage complex projects.
