Job Description
- Mengelola pemeliharaan preventif & korektif peralatan MEP gedung untuk mencegah kerusakan & memperpanjang usia pakai.
- Memastikan sistem mekanikal, elektrikal kelistrikan, tata udara, perpipaan, berfungsi dengan benar, aman & efisien
- Memantau konsumsi energi & merancang strategi efisiensi biaya operasional.
- Memimpin & mengevaluasi kinerja supervisor & teknisi engineering.
- S1 Teknik Mesin/Elektro atau yang relevan
- Minimal 3 (tiga) tahun diposisi sama & memiliki rekam jejak dalam pemeliharaan & pengelolaan operasional fasilitas/mesin skala besar
- Kemampuan leadership, analytical thinking & problem solving
- Pemahaman mendalam sistem mekanikal, elektrikal, tata udara (HVAC), genset, & perpipaan
- Diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi pendukung seperti Ahli K3 Umum atau sertifikasi operasional genset/lift
