Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects including building construction, renovations, and facility improvements.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess structural conditions and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Production, Engineering, EHS, Utility, and Maintenance teams during project execution.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other plant infrastructure.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering, construction, facility management, or infrastructure projects. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of construction methods, project management, and contractor supervision.
  • Familiar with occupational health and safety (OHS/K3) standards in construction projects.
  • Willing to work at a manufacturing plant and conduct field/site inspections.
