We are looking for Consultants to join our growing ERP Client Success Team in Jakarta.
You will be part of a highly talented, tight-knit team that supports one another through both everyday delivery and the toughest project moments. We believe in strong teamwork, shared ownership, and a culture where people learn, grow, and succeed together. This role gives you broad exposure across consulting, delivery, client ownership, and business growth. You will not be limited to handling tickets. You will work on real client problems, enhancements, delivery and optimisation projects, stakeholder conversations, automation opportunities, and business growth initiatives.

You can expect to be exposed to:

• Client Support and Issue Resolution: Work closely with clients to understand issues, investigate root causes, and provide practical solutions that support business continuity. Gain hands on exposure to how ERP systems support finance, supply chain, CRM, and core business operations while helping clients maximise the value of their NetSuite investment.
  

• ERP Enhancements & Change Requests: Partner with clients to gather requirements, analyse business needs, propose solutions and support the delivery of ERP enhancements and change requests. Learn how to translate business challenges into practical and scalable ERP improvements.
  

• ERP Delivery & Optimisation Projects: Contribute to ERP implementation sprints, optimisation, module rollout and business process improvement. Gain experience across key project activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user training, deployment, and go-live support.
  
  
  
• Advisory & Solutioning: Beyond day to day support and delivery, you will help clients think through process improvements, reporting needs, system usage, reporting, automation and ERP adoption strategies. Build the ability to combine business understanding with practical system solutioning.
  
  
  
• Client Management & Experience: Work with users, managers, decision makers, consultants, and technical teams to align priorities and drive outcomes. Over time, develop the confidence to manage conversations, build trusted relationships, and support the long term success of our clients.
  

• Consulting & Business Growth: Develop an understanding of how consulting engagements are delivered, expanded, and grown. Support conversations around client needs, enhancement opportunities, solution proposals, and value creation while building commercial awareness and consulting acumen.
  
  
  
• AI, Automation & Innovation: Explore how AI, automation, and intelligent ERP capabilities can create value for clients. Support conversations around AI assisted processes, workflow automation, and operational efficiency improvements, while learning how to leverage AI tools to improve investigation, documentation, estimation, solution design, and delivery quality.
  

We are looking for people who:

• Have 1-4 years of experience in ERP, finance systems, consulting or implementation to help businesses solve real operational challenges.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
• Are naturally curious and enjoy learning both functional and technical concepts with an interest in AI, automation and the future of ERP delivery
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
• Take ownership of their work and are meticulous
• Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness, quality, and professionalism
• Enjoy working with people and building trusted relationships through collaboration, empathy and clear communication
  
• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar business systems to support finance operations would be an advantage
