Responsible for sales and clinical activities of orthopaedic products, including product support, training, surgical assistance, and business development to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate sales and hit the certain sales targets or budget
- Provide clinical support and scrub assistance for orthopaedic products and implants
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for healthcare professionals
- Support surgical procedures and operating room activities when required
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer support
- Manage sales and marketing activities for assigned products
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and customers
- Conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders
