As Sous Chef - Pastry, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent production of high-quality baked goods and desserts, maintaining kitchen standards, and supervising the pastry team.
Qualifications
This position is only for Indonesian.
- Having at least 2 years experience as Sous Chef Pastry.
- Strong creativity and innovation in developing menus, seasonal offerings, and new pastry concepts.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities..
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
