Your 'day to day':

• Responsible for identifying and formulating the most efficient and effective commercial strategies to sell and distribute products through a certain channel to reach target consumers and shoppers along the path to purchase whilst optimizing sales and achieving profitability and ROI targets of the channel.
• Develops business plans, defining customer opportunities, optimizing channel mix to achieve the channel’s consumer, volume and financial objectives whilst delivering mutually profitable value growth.
• Directs channel’s practices, which includes developing policies, tools and procedures and oversees the consistent application of these. Engages in developing value proposition by challenging the status quo, identifying efficiencies opportunities and develop improved solutions to the customers.
• Establishes sales standards and manages budgetary controls.
• Usually possesses a mix of technical & business skills, and achieves business results through multi-function collaboration

Who we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of related experience in Commercial strategy and/or Business planning.
• Excellent communication and Presentation skill, both in Bahasa and English
• Proven experience in collaboration and strategic thinking
• Have technical Expertise in:
  • SQL Data Engineering & Analytics Purposes
  • Python (Pandas, Basic Libraries)
  • Excel Reporting & Power Query
  • Power BI Dashboard Making
