POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chocolatier with 1–2 years of experience in a chocolate production. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional craftsmanship in chocolate artistry, with proven expertise in praline production, chocolate confectionery, and artisanal chocolate techniques. With a refined eye for detail, creativity, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, the candidate is proficient in bread and pastry preparation, from dough production and baking to finishing and elegant presentation. A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, a passion for innovation, and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences that reflect the timeless elegance and bespoke service synonymous with The St. Regis Jakarta.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 or 2 years experience in chocolate kitchen.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
