We're currently looking for Document & System Administrator (Ship Certificates & Documents)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the management of vessel certificates and documentation, including monitoring validity and compliance to ensure vessels meet all seaworthiness requirements.
• Coordinate the application, renewal, and updating of vessel certificates and documentation with relevant authorities and institutions, including Classification Societies, Port Authorities (KSOP), and Kementerian Perhubungan.
• Serve as the primary liaison with relevant stakeholders for vessel audits, inspections, and other related regulatory activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any related major
• Minimum 2 year of experiences in same position
• Proper analytical thinking and communication skill
• Proficient in English
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya
