• Resolving customer (Doctors) complaints quickly and efficiently.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years experience handling client
• Active listener & good communication skill
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A team player with leadership skills
• Problem-solving and analytical capability
• Positive attitude
