Job Role

The Country Sales Manager will serve as the commercial leader responsible for driving market expansion and strategic business growth across Indonesia's logistics automation and intelligent warehouse sectors. This role combines high-level business development, enterprise sales management, and strategic partnership expansion responsibilities within a fast-growing multinational robotics environment.

The successful candidate will lead customer acquisition initiatives, manage enterprise-level commercial relationships, and expand the company's footprint across warehouse automation, intelligent sorting systems, and smart manufacturing ecosystems. Acting as a hunter-style commercial leader, the role requires strong exposure to industrial B2B sales environments, strategic account development, and technical solution-based selling.

The position also involves close collaboration with regional leadership teams, overseas channel partners, and technical stakeholders to support long-term market expansion and localized commercial strategy execution across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new enterprise business opportunities across logistics automation, warehouse technology, and intelligent manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with warehouse operators, logistics companies, manufacturing groups, and system integrators.
  • Drive annual sales targets, pipeline expansion, and revenue growth initiatives across Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with overseas sales channels and regional leadership teams on commercial planning and partnership development.
  • Conduct market research and monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic business growth.
  • Participate in technical-commercial discussions, enterprise presentations, and customer solution engagements related to automation technologies.
  • Support strategic account expansion and long-term enterprise relationship management activities.
  • Travel actively for customer meetings, commercial negotiations, project discussions, and partnership development initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with technical and engineering teams during customer solution evaluation processes.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, logistics technology forums, and automation-related business events.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Business, Automation, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience with at least 5 years operating at managerial or strategic commercial level.
  • Strong background within logistics automation, warehouse automation, industrial robotics, smart manufacturing, or system integration industries.
  • Proven experience handling enterprise B2B sales, strategic account management, and new business acquisition activities.
  • Strong understanding of intelligent sorting systems, warehouse robotics, industrial automation technologies, and logistics infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams, engineering functions, or solution design stakeholders is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities.
  • Independent, hunter-style commercial mindset with strong ownership of revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer engagement and regional commercial activities.
  • Native-level Indonesian communication skills with fluent English proficiency required for multinational business operations.
