Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary KYC checks and identity verifications in line with OJK and internal policy requirements.
- Assist in basic credit assessment by reviewing customer applications under supervision and preparing files for analyst and manager review.
- Collect and verify documents from customers, coordinate to resolve discrepancies, and ensure complete and compliant file submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of credit evaluations, approvals, exceptions, and document submissions across trackers, dashboards, and CRM tools.
- Perform Bank Statement Analysis to assess income stability, cash-flow patterns, recurring obligations, and indicators of financial stress such as pinjol disbursements or bounced debits.
- Conduct Credit Report Analysis using SLIK/IDEB and internal data sources to evaluate repayment history, outstanding obligations, debt burden, and overall creditworthiness.
- Track early warning signals on the active portfolio and send early warning letters to customers along with escalating high-risk cases to the Credit Risk Analyst and Manager in a timely manner.

- Exposure to the end-to-end lifecycle of Indonesia’s first and only Bailout Program for overleveraged borrowers, from origination and underwriting through to portfolio monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in credit underwriting, customer interaction, and portfolio monitoring.

Minimum Qualifications: Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and hard-working Management Trainees to join our Credit team for a 3-6 month internship program. This is a high-impact learning opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in credit underwriting and risk analysis.
You will assist the Credit Risk team in handling a wide variety of essential tasks—from conducting KYC and collecting documents, to analyzing bank statements and credit reports, supporting underwriting decisions, and tracking early warning signals on the active portfolio. Exceptional performers will be offered a full-time role in the Credit Risk team based on performance and interest.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year with no classes to attend) in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields from reputable universities.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, filters, pivots preferred).
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Intelligent, proactive, eager to learn, and capable of handling client interactions confidently.
- A team player who is hard-working, detail-oriented, and curious to grow in the fintech industry.
