What You'll Do

  • Build and deploy HTML email, SMS, and mobile push campaigns that faithfully translate creative concepts into high-quality customer experiences across leading CRM platforms.

  • Develop dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and conditional logic to deliver relevant experiences for different customer audiences.

  • Manage campaign assets, templates, and HTML content within marketing automation platforms while ensuring consistency with brand and technical standards.

  • Perform rigorous quality assurance across devices, browsers, and platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues before campaigns go live.

  • Troubleshoot technical challenges, investigate campaign issues, and develop practical solutions that keep delivery running smoothly.

  • Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Data, and Client teams to translate business requirements into technically sound campaign executions.

  • Contribute to campaign documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Continuously explore new platform capabilities, coding techniques, and automation opportunities to elevate campaign performance and customer experience.

A Bit About You

  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM Operations, Marketing Automation, Email Development, or CRM Campaign Execution.

  • Strong hands-on experience coding responsive HTML emails and implementing campaigns within CRM or marketing automation platforms.

  • Comfortable working with dynamic content, personalization variables, segmentation logic, and campaign QA.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills; you enjoy identifying root causes, solving technical problems, and improving campaign reliability.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, Iterable, or similar solutions is highly valued.

  • Detail-oriented and methodical, with the discipline to maintain quality while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

  • A collaborative communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
