Job Description

  • Extract user experience feedback and sentiments regarding products, features, or business initiatives
  • Conduct studies to identify user experience improvement opportunities based on user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Analyze, prepare, and distribute consumer listening reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years working experience (experience in CX or User Research will be an advantage)
  • User-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with users' pain points
  • Strong communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good comprehension of technology and comfortable working with technical tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, etc)
  • Proven ability of task management, project management and prioritization to ensure a smooth operation
  • Ability to analyze and gather insights from data to determine actionable items
