• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives by identifying non-quality factors and implementing preventive solutions
• Conduct thorough quality audits and analyze results according to established systems and methods
• Drive resolution of manufacturing quality issues through effective containment, correction, and prevention strategies
• Define and specify quality standards for manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with customer requirements
• Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes against internal and regulatory standards
