Minimum Qualifications: Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree min D3/S1 from any major
2. Have an experience as a Customer Service agent (specialized in eCommerce)
3. Proven experience in managing and engaging with an online community.
4. Strong analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English are required for this position
