Job Description

  • Memimpin dan mengawasi tim Customer Service.
  • Memastikan keluhan pelanggan ditangani sesuai SLA.
  • Melakukan eskalasi dan koordinasi dengan departemen terkait.
  • Menganalisis feedback pelanggan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan layanan.
  • Menyusun laporan performa dan kualitas layanan Customer Service.


Job Requirements

  • S1 semua jurusan.
  • Pengalaman 3–4 tahun di bidang Customer Service, Complaint Handling, atau Customer Experience.
  • Berpengalaman memimpin tim.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang baik.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office.
