About The Role

We’re looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as Client Success / Relationship Management Analyst based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about client relationship management, gain hands-on experience in supporting customers, and develop skills in problem-solving and communication.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

• Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start to their journey.
• Support customer queries by providing timely responses and solutions.
• Gather client feedback and share insights to improve processes.
• Help track customer satisfaction metrics and maintain records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to juniors

About You

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to assist clients with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in additional languages (such as Bahasa, Chinese) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with a CRM tool and record-keeping.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a customer-centric environment.
