This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Import Export Officer in Jakarta with Signify.

In This Role You Will Work To

• Have a good cross nation and cross function relationship to monitor the Import activities., starts from PO confirmation from for next week departure., chasing, monitoring and manage all import documents required for customs clearance from all related parties and check the correctness of it, until follow up the Import clearance process and Goods Received by CFH Warehouse.
• Manage the Export Activity starts from coordination with CSO to create DO creation, shipment booking to forwarder, export documents preparation (Invoice & Packing list), until Goods Issue by warehouse and send the export documents to customer.
  
  

More About You

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• Bachelor Degree
• At Least 2 years working experience in Indonesia Import & Export customs clearance.
• Possess a customs certification/having passed the Customs Specialist Certificate (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) is a must.
• Familiar with Customs and Government Application such as CEISA, INSW, SLIM, Inatrade, etc.
• Strong communication skills in English for both written and spoken.
• Intermediate Microsoft office skill.
