Key Objectives


  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers
  • Manage order receipt and ensure seamless handover to Operations
  • Proactively communicate shipment status, exceptions, and incident updates
  • Identify and forward qualified leads to the Sales team
  • Handle all customer inquiries and requests
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or coordinate with relevant internal teams
  • Act as the first contact for customer claims, including notification and document collection


Job Responsibilities


  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Indonesian customs clearance processes
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
  • Participate in Business Review meetings with Sales when required
  • Process customer or overseas office orders and hand them over to Operations
  • Keep customers updated on shipment progress, issues, and resolutions
  • Handle track-and-trace and general service inquiries
  • Support customer requests related to GoGreen initiatives
  • Register, track, and manage all customer complaints
  • Drive effective resolution of issues or collaborate with appropriate departments
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer claims: receive notifications, collect documents, and transfer cases to specialized claim handlers once documentation is complete
  • Escalate cases when needed following company guidelines


Qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major)
  • Fresh graduates welcome; Customer Service experience is an advantage
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Results-oriented with a high level of respect, professionalism, and customer focus
