As a Daily Worker Security team member at our Korurua Dijiwa Ubud property, you become the invisible embrace that allows our guests to fully relax and immerse themselves in the sanctuary experience. You are not just guarding premises—you are protecting cherished memories being created within our peaceful grounds.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and harmonious environment across our property. Your presence should feel reassuring yet unobtrusive, embodying the balance between vigilance and the warm hospitality that defines Dijiwa. You will work closely with all departments to ensure seamless operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety protocols.
Your daily responsibilities include monitoring all access points to the property, conducting regular security patrols throughout the grounds and facilities, and responding promptly to any safety concerns or guest requests. You will collaborate with the front office team to manage guest arrivals and departures smoothly, ensuring that security procedures enhance rather than hinder the guest experience. Maintaining detailed incident reports and communicating effectively with team members across all shifts will be essential to your success.

You will be recognized for your alertness without being intrusive, your professional demeanor, and your ability to handle situations calmly and efficiently.
