Job Description

  • Partner with the Regional BD team as a business-facing BI, enabling data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Act as a thought partner to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
  • Proactively frame business problems, define success metrics, and deliver recommendations — not just reports.
  • Analyze large datasets to diagnose performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key commercial metrics.
  • Deliver fast, high-impact ad-hoc analyses in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Proven ability to apply business context and judgment, beyond data extraction.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
