About The Team
We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads
Responsibilities:
- As a key support function within the operations team, you will work on standardized execution and operational data tasks, including but not limited to:
- Perform data cleaning, data preparation, and operational data support to ensure consistent, accurate, and traceable data outputs
- Configure and maintain Sample Vouchers&Creator Commissions based on SOPs, including basic checks and issue escalation
- Support batch operational tasks related to creators/merchants (e.g., list management, progress tracking, information archiving)
- Handle other SOP-based operational support tasks assigned by the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business analyst or a related discipline.
- Prior internship experience in internet / e-commerce is required
- Solid data analysis skills with strong logical thinking; able to summarize and document workflows and insights clearly
- Basic understanding of creator operations with hands-on operations experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Affiliate ecosystems, creator operations workflows, or commission mechanisms is a plus
