As a Demand Planner, where you'll play a critical role in translating market insights, customer trends, and commercial strategies into accurate demand forecasts that drive business growth.
In this role, you'll work at the heart of the business, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time while balancing service, inventory, and business performance. Your insights will directly influence planning decisions, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage demand forecasts using sales data, market trends, and business insights.
- Leverage forecasting tools and analytics to improve forecast accuracy and identify opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand assumptions and develop consensus plans.
- Lead and support the S&OP process, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for production, inventory, and distribution planning.
- Monitor promotional activities, customer plans, and market dynamics to keep forecasts relevant and accurate.
- Develop reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning capabilities and business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, or Resource Planning.
- Prior experience within a multinational FMCG environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, data interpretation, and business planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Be a key contributor to strategic business and supply chain decisions.
- Work closely with commercial and operations leaders across the organization.
- Drive impactful forecasting and planning improvements in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
