Job Responsibilities

The Deputy CSP dCommerce – PC is responsible for supporting the Category Strategic Planning (CSP) agenda for the Personal Care (PC) category within Digital Commerce. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to translate category strategy into clear, actionable commercial plans and ensure strong execution across dCommerce platforms to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Commercial Strategic Planning (CSP) Support
  • Support the development of dCommerce commercial strategy for the Personal Care category, aligned with brand, channel, and financial objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable commercial plans for digital channel
  • Performance & Business Analysis
  • Analyze dCommerce performance for the PC category, including sales trends, growth drivers, and execution effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities and risks, providing insights to support fact‑based decision‑making.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, dCommerce, NRM, Finance, and Supply teams to ensure aligned planning and execution.
  • Support preparation for planning cycles, reviews, and internal commercial forums.
  • Execution Tracking & Follow‑up
  • Support tracking of key initiatives and ensure execution remains aligned with agreed CSP priorities.
  • Flag gaps and support corrective actions where required.
  • Governance & Ways of Working
  • Support CSP governance, tools, and planning processes within dCommerce.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning quality and commercial ways of working for the PC category.
