Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, scale, and improve cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and cost-efficiency for Ukirama ERP.

  • Build, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and reliable software delivery.

  • Proactively monitor production systems post-deployment, detect anomalies, and troubleshoot incidents to guarantee minimal downtime.

  • Collaborate closely with software engineers to streamline deployment workflows and improve developer productivity.

  • Research and experiment with cutting-edge infrastructure technologies, DevOps tools, and AI-powered operations (AIOps) for potential implementation.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).

  • Strong experience in managing cloud infrastructure and production environments.

  • Deep understanding of Docker/containerization, automated CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or similar).

  • Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or Go for infrastructure automation and tooling.

  • Passionate about system reliability, automation, and reducing operational friction.

  • Proven interest in research & development, including adopting AI tools to optimize infrastructure monitoring and operations.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills under pressure and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
