Digital Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design content calendars and distribution strategies for the YouTube channel, including the optimization of Shorts, Live, and Playlists features.

• Manage subscriber growth and ensure the achievement of KPIs related to ad revenue and content reach.

• Conduct research and development of themes for educational and entertainment programs.

• Integrate online marketing campaigns with offline activities to create a cohesive ecosystem for audiences and advertisers.

• Understand how to create scripts, cues, and other stage activities during live events.

Minimum Qualifications: Role Summary: Responsible for the growth of the T-Space digital ecosystem through innovative content strategies to increase audience reach and advertising revenue.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Digital Marketing, Communication, or Creative fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing professional YouTube channels or as a Content Strategist.
• Deep understanding of video SEO, digital analytics, and current social media trends.
