What Will You Do? (Your Impact)

• Audit the Marketing System: Look at our overall marketing flow (from social media campaigns to website visits) to find "leaky buckets" where we lose customers, and figure out why.
• Build Data-Backed Strategies: Work closely with our team to formulate content, SEO, and marketing strategies to fix those gaps.
• Smart Content & AI: Plan content designed to educate and convert, while learning to use AI tools strategically for high-quality outputs.
• Market Reconnaissance: Conduct competitor analysis to ensure our marketing decisions are rooted in evidence, not guesses.

Minimum Qualifications: Who Are We Looking For?

• The "Detective" Mindset (Critical): You don't just consume marketing; you analyze it. You constantly ask, "Why did this campaign work?" or "Why did this post fail?"
• Solid Marketing Foundation: You aren't starting from absolute zero. You have a basic grasp of digital marketing ecosystems (social media, content creation, basic funnels) and want to learn the advanced strategy behind them.
• System-Level Thinker: You can look at the big picture—understanding how an Instagram post connects to a website visit and eventually a sale—rather than just focusing on one platform.
• "Figure It Out" Attitude: You are highly resourceful. If you face a marketing tool or concept you don't know, your first instinct is to research and master it.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
