Digital Merchandising Specialist

YKExplore is an inbound tour operator specializing in authentic travel experiences across Indonesia. We serve international travelers through our website and leading global platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook, Trip.com, Airbnb Experiences, and other online travel marketplaces.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Merchandising Specialist to manage and optimize our tour products across our website and OTA channels.

• Create, upload, and maintain tour products on website and OTA platforms.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, itineraries, highlights, and inclusions.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for product visibility.
• Manage product images, videos, and digital assets.
• Monitor product performance, conversion rates, and search rankings.
• Ensure pricing, availability, and product information remain accurate.
• Analyze competitor products and market trends.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to launch new products.
• Improve product content to increase bookings and customer engagement.
• Perform regular quality checks across all digital sales channels.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Merchandising, E- commerce, OTA Management, Content Management, or similar roles.
• Strong English writing skills (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
• Familiar with OTA platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook, Airbnb Experiences, Trip.com, or Bokun.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance reports.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus.
